Mar. 27, 2016 - The flood exhibit and the Loreno Anderson house were featured in a TV news story broadcast by NBC7 Sunday morning, and rebroadcast on Monday, March 28.

July 30, 2014 - Steve Schoenherr spoke on South Bay history to the Southwest Chula Vista Civic Association at the MAAC Community Room, 1387 Third Ave., 6:30-8:30 pm.

July 27, 2014 - The field trip to the National City Railroad Depot was Sunday, July 27, at 2 pm. The depot is located at 922 W. 23rd Street, the same building and location when it was built in 1882. It is the oldest original train depot on the West Coast, and a California State Historic Landmark. For those who can make it, we will meet for lunch at 12:30 pm at the nearby Pier 32 Waterfront Grill, 3201 Marina Way in National City.
