CodePink Women's Peace Vigil has several thousand marching down 16th Street near Scott Circle Saturday, March 8, 2003 in Washington to protest the Bush administration's war plan on Iraq. The surprisingly balmy weather had several thousand people chanting and cheering at a rally before their planned march to the Ellipse just south of the White House.
