    Think of a place with warm weather, a beautiful ocean, and plenty of people having fun. Imagine a roller coaster just behind you as well as a gigantic indoor salt water pool. Imagine a boardwalk full of people walking and skateboarding. Imagine a place where it is so warm in the summer that you could live in a tent. Imagine a huge water-theater where surfing and water skiing was a regular event. Imagine living daily in a place like this.

    Now open your eyes and begin to look through these pages because that is exactly what you'll find San Diego's Mission Beach to be like. The pictures you'll see are from throughout this century. You'll find most things haven't changed but I bet there are some things that even the residents don't know about.
